Pole Fitness Class

Body & Core offers Pole Fitness Classes from Levels 1-6. Levels build from one to the next as your strength and confidence grows. Be ready to sweat through a fun awesome total body workout! Level Classes are closed group classes scheduled at your convenience with no more than 5 people so you can put together a group of your girlfriends or we can match you up with a group that will be just as fun! 


Pole Fitness Open Group Class...

Is designed as an open Level Class so you can come and pop in when convenient for you and get the same fun, sexy, and amazing workout. Students learn the tricks & sensual moves of a polearina in a safe, secure, and supportive environment and all at their own pace.
